"Room was small but clean. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Parking available right outside the hotel. There was a fridge close to reception for guest use. Lovely location in a typical New England town with lots of interesting shops. Bar offered a good selection of draft beers. Continental breakfast had very little left at 9.00am - probably our own fault for leaving it so late. Would definitely return."

"Everything was even better than I expected — the room, the surroundings, and the views were all wonderful. The sauna was absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and an amazing view. I especially loved the view from the room, as well as the thoughtful touches like the card games and books provided in the room. The nearby river trails were also a great way to relax, clear my mind, and enjoy nature. The only minor downsides were that there wasn’t always someone available to help immediately if something came up, and when staying on the lower floor, you could hear footsteps from the floor above a little. Other than those small things, this is a nearly perfect hotel. I also really enjoyed the peaceful, independent experience from check-in to check-out — you can simply relax and enjoy your own time without being disturbed. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about this property was exceptional, EXCEPT the bed. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the lift to view fall colors & mountain coaster. But we had a miserable experience sleeping. The beds are like rock. I know it's the granite state, but get some toppers!"

"Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. My one feedback would be to repair the beds. Because the beds were making a lot of noise and we had problem sleeping as little movements were making a lot of sound. Also there is not complimentary breakfast... Other than these this hotel is highly recommended... my personal rating is 7/10 😃😃"
