The coffeemaker in the room did not work correctly, and was not replaced even after we informed the staff about the problem. "We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was very good. The shower was powerful and warm but didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere, leaving the whole bathroom floor soaking. The room was also very warm with no air conditioning, so we had to keep the window open. Being close to the station meant it was very noisy at night, which made it harder to sleep. However, the hotel’s location is great for travelling as it is a 5 minute walk to the central station and metro! Breakfast was available, but the selection was quite limited, so we didn’t use it much. The luggage storage option was very useful on the day of check out:) "
