"I was very disappointed with my stay due to the cleanliness of the rooms and how the situation was handled by staff. The first night we arrived, our room was extremely dirty. I immediately notified the front desk, but was told there were no other rooms available and that I would have to wait until the morning to speak with a manager.
The next day, I spoke with the manager and we were switched to another room. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the new room, I noticed it was also dirty. I went back to the front desk and asked a staff member to come see the room with me so they could understand what I was talking about. He apologized and assured me the room would be cleaned while we were out for the day, and also said they would provide the extra pop-up crib I had requested.
When we returned that afternoon, the room was still dirty and there was no crib. When I asked about it, I was simply told they had run out of cribs and there was nothing they could do about the room because housekeeping had already left for the day. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor follow-through, and inconvenience made for a very frustrating experience."
