"Everything was great regarding this property. Location was great, the room was great. Breakfast was great. Sicilia, at the front desk, deserves $1 million.!! she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! The check-in was fabulous with great communication, even sending us our bus pass so we would have free transportation to the hotel.. the only potential problem, I did not see an air conditioner.. we did not need it so I cannot confirm there was one there, but I did not see one, which could be a problem if you happen to go and it was hot. There was an elevator, in the room was fairly large for European standards."

"Best part of this hotel is the spa and the views incredible!! My room was a little cold because they hadn’t switched over to heat yet, but they were very accommodating with extra blankets. The pools, spa, etc were the best I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was amazing. The town was spectacular. The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."
