Very disappointed with my stay. I found a red stain on the blanket that looked like blood or another substance. Since the blanket was folded, I didn’t notice it until the next afternoon after I had already used it during the night. I also found stains throughout the room and bathroom that appeared to be blood, and the bathroom was not clean, including the toilet bowl. This was very concerning and honestly disgusting. The AC did not work, they only provided one roll of poor-quality toilet paper, and the room key card stopped working almost every time I left, making it difficult to get back into my room. The food offered at the hotel was not very good, and they did not offer desserts. The airport transportation was also misleading. The hotel advertises taxi service, but when I arrived around 11 PM–midnight, I was told it was only for drop-offs. For my departure, my flight was at 6 AM and I needed to be at the airport around 4 AM, but I was told their taxis did not start until 6 AM. I therefore had to have the hotel order another taxi, which I had to pay for myself. Overall, there were too many issues with cleanliness, maintenance, transportation, and service. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Lo mejor la cercanía al aeropuerto es para estancias cortas para viajeros de paso desayuno bueno tipo bufé personal atento si vas de paso si vas a vacacionar durante un periodo más largo invierte en un hotel más cercas al puerto por supuesto más caro cumple con lo que ofrece amplia avitacion

This was one of the few hotels near the airport, not many to choose from. I stayed one night. Staff was courteous. My room was a little deteriorated, it was not the cleanest, my bath towel had a stain, there was hair on the floor that was not mine, and the bed was not comfortable.o
