Los pisos podrían estar mas limpios. El personal muy atento y servicial. Tuve que usar la plancha en el cuarto de lavado y fue muy incomodo no poder colgar las ropa planchada por falta de perchero. Solo tres restaurantes y cafeterias cerca. Las construcciones alrededor del hotel incrementaron las dificultades de acceso."

"El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria."

"Hotel is deserving of 3* rating. Good location being walking distance to the amenities of Alcobendas. My room was quite small as despite booking two double/twin rooms of equal price, I was allocated a single room which was fine for one person but lesser value than what I paid. I was also in a room near the stairs just next to reception and it was quite noisy as other guests using the stairs or stood around talking in reception area. Breakfast is continental with some cooked items - scrambled eggs and bacon which was mostly fat! Good selection of pastries and cereals but not much choice in bread. Even to other hotels in Alcobendas with better facilities and breakfast."

"The hotel in general and our rooms were immaculately clean. The range of food at breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I can't comment much on the other facilities like the gym and the Turkish bath, because we didn't use them - we were attending a friend's wedding so we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. There was a big commercial centre nearby, which was very handy. There was taxi rank directly outside the hotel too, another very convenient feature. All in all, a great place to stay! Not the best option if you are looking for a budget hotel though."

"There were bags from a clothing store left in the wardrobe, so not a thorough cleaning obviously. As other reviews have stated, very scarce on any cooking utensils. Lots of space and areas to hang out though, although no coffee facilities at all and nowhere to buy a beer. Other than these small things, cracking little inexpensive place to stay, with generally good amenities and close enough to a train line to get into the city centre in 15 minutes."
