"I appreciated the staff/maintenance looking out for me when I had breakfast and forgot I was near the West Coast seagulls. The gulls had my breakfast when I went inside but the very nice maintenance man was trying to keep them away. The manager I had read reviews about (Carlos?) was kind to check on me at breakfast the next morning and make sure everything was good. The breakfast gets a lot of good comments, to the point my expectations were too high. It's a very good breakfast of eggs, sausage, refried beans, yogurt, waffle machine, and drinks. We likd the make-up desk with wraparound wall outside the bathroom. It functioned as a dressing room or make-up area. The parking can be a challenge. The first night we had to park under the portico outside the office, but we never had to park off property the nights we were there. There were many work trucks that stuck out into the parking area, but it was totally manageable. We were close to the office area, so we only heard the trains about 9am (we used white nice e machine to drown out the noises). I would stay here again."

"Everything was amazing the room, food ,location , complementary from 5-7 drinks and snacks and free parking only the jacuzzi one night it wasn’t that hot at all ..but overall my family and me we like the place so much"

"Absolutely perfect place directly on the beach. We could sit on our patio on the second floor and hear and see the waves, watch the sunset and relax. Lovely downtown area with plenty of restaurants within less than a five minute walk. Quiet and peaceful area. Perfect Inn."

"This is a decent hotel. Mostly modern. Huge, nice lobby, clean rooms but shower could use some deep cleaning and new caulking around edges. Our king bed room was a great size with an amazing balcony access and view ( paid extra for this). The elevator wasn’t working so this was a huge inconvenience for us cyclists with bikes up and down stairs. Breakfast is included and is very good with lots of hot choices such as eggs, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, pancakes plus fresh fruit, cereals, and pastries. It right on the marina, walking distance to restaurants/shops. I would stay here again."

"A beautiful location right on the ocean! The food at the shoals restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was very good with many choices. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
