"our room didn’t have fridge, phone, coffeemaker, safe, microwave, cups, water or even a box of tissue, absolutely nothing! Only one single ugly picture and a tiny TV set were hung on the walls. I have never seen such an empty and dirty hotel room in my entire life, even in the third world!"

"Location was good and air conditioning was good, especially during the heatwave! Room was not clean and had smell of smoking! Check in was stressful, despite paying in full , had to pay a deposit, which is yet to be repaid. Not had to do this for years! Very disappointed. :("
