Communication from hotel front desk staff was brilliant even before we arrived, with really helpful recommendations for our stay, thank you Omar and colleagues. Breakfast buffet excellent and helpful friendly service at all times. We had a cocktail tasting in the bar on our final evening, very professional and passionate staff Fabiano and Marco, wonderful experience and icing on the cake for yet another truly awesome holiday in Venice. Many thanks to all involved in making our stay so memorable, we would definitely come back to this hotel."

"Amazing location… right by Rialto bridge, water taxi and gondolier. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean, but up a lot of winding stairs (elevator only went up one level). Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Recommend. "
