Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.

It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area.

The hotel was very convenient. Right by the train station and in walking distance to everything. The vaporetto is right outside and the bus station is just 10min away. We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. There’s not much insulation in the walls or the windows. The air conditioning was great especially from those hot temperatures outside. The rooms are always clean when we come back everyday. It’s a very nice place to stay. The newly renovation makes it feel cleaner and newer. The staff are not very helpful with the area. He tried to tell me misinformation about the strike while we were there. Luckily we researched and checked it properly.

For a hotel that's 4 star and €250 pppn, you would expect that they would have the Aircon available. It was turned off presumably to save money. Aside from that, nice rooms and convenient location.

Our experience at this hotel was mixed. The service is truly 5-star level — staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, very close to Santa Lucia terminal and next to a market, which is very convenient. Breakfast was also very good, with eggs, bread, cereal, and great coffee. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and overall looks very nice. However, there is one major issue that completely affected our stay: the air conditioning. We stayed in April, with temperatures around 15–21°C (60–70°F), perfect for walking outside, but inside the room it was very hot and uncomfortable. The hotel advertises AC, but this is misleading. It is a central system controlled by the hotel, not by the guest. During our stay, it was set to heating mode, and we had no way to adjust it. Their solution was to open the windows, but this caused more problems: mosquitoes and constant noise from outside starting early in the morning until late at night. We stayed 5 nights and did not have proper rest even once. The service is excellent, but the AC issue ruined the experience. If you need AC to sleep, I do NOT recommend this hotel unless they clearly update how their system works.
