The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained, with an excellent level of cleanliness throughout. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very nice and had everything we needed, and everything was in very good condition and worked perfectly, with a fantastic view out over the Grand Canal. Bed was comfortable, the pillows were a little too soft for my personal preference, but only because I like a slightly firmer feel to them.

This was the only property we could find with parking on site. The staff was lovely and welcoming. The bathtub stopper was broken but grateful for a tub. Great views but for a price ! It was very noisy! However, we had earplugs.

We checked in for 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room, Canal View (Canal Grande) it was very nice pleasant room . Staff are super friendly offering all way to help out all day. room all amenities are available and room is super clean. The only downside in the bathroom that the shower room is very small, although it has a separated bath. I shall suggest they merge both for more convenance. The location is superior and breakfast room makes you feel home.

The room was fine - clean, good a/c, comfortable bedding. The location is very handy - 5 mins from trains, 2 mins to airport bus. Breakfast is a real let down - no budget but rather formal waiters. We had to pay an additional €15 to have eggs, something not clear when booking! There is a very limited range and the portions are modest. There is no water in the rooms and nowhere nearby to buy any so bring some! Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

This Hotel was perfect. No walking bags long distances to hotels more centrally located. There are water taxis everywhere. Super convenient to the train station. The front desk scheduled excursions for us and gave suggestions that made our stay unforgettable. From the glass blowing manufacturers on Murano to simple restaurant suggestions. Santa Chiarra will be our first choice when we return to Venice.
