This area was very quiet and felt safe. Easy to get to water bus and San Marco square. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Also Francesca is great! Very helpful and gave us a delicious restaurant recommendation.

Convenient location close to everything. Clean and nice room in an apartment building a minute walk from a boat stop, where to meet the owner leading you to the property. Air conditioner didn’t work the first day, so the owner transferred us to another room which all work well. The owner is very helpful and responds well.

Upon arrival we were met by the boat dock at San Marco. Francesca walked us directly to the property and showed us how to use the keys to access the apartment. There were only a few stairs to get to the room. Francesca was wonderful and explained the area and how to depart to the train station or airport. The room was nice clean and the bathroom was nice as well. The bed was nice and soft with 4 pillows. The air conditioning worked very nicely so we could keep the windows closed. I would definitely book here again. The location is very close to shopping and about 10 min walk to Realto and San Marco square.

Francesca the owner of this property is one of the most kind, welcoming and helpful people you'll ever meet. She is quick to communicate with easy instructions to her property and was kind enough to meet me right at the Vaporetto stop. She then assisted me with my luggage to the nearby apartment and checked me in quickly at the room. I will warn anyone to be aware that there is not an elevator at this property. I had not realized, which was not anyone's fault but my own. The room is very clean and comfortable for one traveler but may be tight for more. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Too far from the airport and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t seem to change anything so the room stayed hot and muggy. Difficult area to navigate after a late flight.

It was not clear that this was not a hotel, you are renting a single room in an apartment building. There was no restocking of coffee or supplies. We were told we could drop our luggage early and after a bit of difficulty were able to reach the host to do so. We were given a key by the cleaner but not told that the front door key was broken. We got it stuck in the lock and had to call for help again. It was a rough start. Overall the room was adequate, just wish the description was clearer

這住宿各方面都不錯，晚上十分寧靜，2分鐘路程就可以到達碼頭並到達各處，步行也可以去到不同的景點。唯獨是房間廁所有點異味，但關上門也可接受。
