"One of the best views in all of Venice. We got the canal view and it was beautiful. Mini bar is well priced, breakfast was included and the property is well maintained. We didn’t talk with staff much and it’s not as small hotel feel as some others but we really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms facing the water are very loud all hours of the night due to the bars but it didn’t bother us, we slept fine. We’d stay here again. You can’t beat the location - close to everything in the heart of the action"

"Hotel is within a short walk from the Santa Lucia Stazione and 10 min. walk to the People Mover. Although near the station it is in a quiet side street. There are lots of restaurants, shops and a small supermarket a few steps away. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on arrival and departure."
