The small but new bathroom, good position in ka zone, the habitation should be modernize, the plugs in poor states little light. The sleeping blanket should not cover it and has a bad sensation to the body. The staff very professional.

Great place to stay! Close to everything and the hop on hop off bus stop is 1 minute away. Close to the train station, literally a straight walk to and from. Staff is helpful and kind! Safe area, the market is a 5 minute walk, and many restaurants and bars around.

We loved this property! It was safe, secure and in a very walkable part of Florence. We checked in with Samuel who was very knowledgeable about the city and provided us with a map of personal recommendations on where to eat, shop, visit and enjoy the views. We everything about this place was 10/10!

This was my favorite property over my 2 week stay in Italy. I felt like I was in authentic Italy in this hotel. It was quaint, charming, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for walking to nearby sites, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Very friendly staff. HIGHLY recommend.

Very good location.

Very good location - you could walk to/reach St Mark's Square within minutes. It was a stay for one night. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in rooms could be much better especially as we stayed at the hotel in August, or perhaps a fan could be provided. Thank you.

Although common for many of the places we stayed in Europe, hard mattress and 4th floor without an elevator was difficult. Small but clean room. Bathroom updated. Breakfast for 10€/ea was cereals, breads, yogurt and coffee, tea and juices. Location was about 1-2 minutes walk to the harbor and St Mark’s.

I loved the atmosphere, area and just about everything but as soon as I entered the room I could smell mold. I am highly allergic to mold and had a terrible reaction, headache, cold symptoms, the whole head thing. If you can take the mold (it’s a very old building) you’ll be fine.
