This place was great! The staff was lovely and very helpful. It’s within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and the rooms are small but nice and has a very “Venice” feel. We would definitely stay here agin if we return to Italy!

Location was good. Room was a good size for 3 people. Staff was very helpful and friendly. (But we needed more from them with our one main problem) AC didn’t put out much cool air. We had a staff member come help us with the ac unit and as we walked in, there were a lot ANTS on the floor and even all over my daughters clothes that fell on the floor. There were a bunch by the fridge, all over the bathroom and even on our bed our last night. I read a previous review which mentioned ants but it was only one review out of many. I wished I would have listened to it. Its a shame it would have been a great stay but not with walking around with socks and shoes and worrying about finding more ants.

The property was affordable and charming. The host, Riccardo, was available by chat and phone to answer questions and provided a map to the property which was helpful. The a/c worked well and location was close to all of the main attractions.

Great location and super friendly, helpful staff. Nice size rooms. The high ceilings make it hard to cool down on a hot day. Also the restaurant across the way is busy till late. It’s a little loud after 10. But overall highly recommend.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. It was as we expected for a 3 star hotel. Relatively clean and great location. A lot of communication back and forth needed with the host before our stay because of keyless check in. Very spotty wifi, I had to rely on my prepaid data plan most of the time. Slippers, tea and water were provided to us in the room as a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view of the street and surrounding restaurants. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioner worked very well over two extremely hot nights. Met two women who worked there and both were extremely pleasant and spoke perfect English. Fantastic location. Could not more highly recommend.
