We would recommend this place for anyone to stay at. It was very close to St. Mark’s and the Doge’s Palace and you could get in a gondola right outside. Our room was very clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, and toiletries. There were extra blankets and pillows as well if needed.

The location was fantastic, it was all virtual, but worked well, really enjoyed staying there, the room was fantastic, location on the canal was great for a gondola ride right at your doorstep, the only thing it was a bit noisy in the mornings with the delivery boats right outside the window, but if you are an early riser then it is not a problem. Happily stay here again

I originally booked this particular room because it had 2 beds, one which was a pull out single , We both wanted our own bed. When we arrived we were told that we both had to sleep on the double bed or if we wanted them to put together the single cot, it would cost us more money. I booked this hotel on Expedia and paid more for another bed so I thought, otherwise, I would have just booked the single room with one bed. The whole thing just gave me bad vibes. Other than that, A/C good, clean, quiet. Shower was extremely small.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! Especially the cleaning lady! She even went out of her way to give me maps of the city and told me all about water taxis and special day passes and places to visit. My only complaint was that staff behind the desk was not available 24 hours for questions. And that's some interaction was done via a computer rather than in person. Also, the internet at the hotel did not always work so my phones did not always work. Other than that, everything was really nice. The rooms were always clean and it's very spacious. And the air conditioning worked really well.
