Whether we needed help with a reservation, pool towels, or just a friendly smile – they were always there. The resort strikes a rare balance: it’s luxurious but never over-the-top, peaceful but never boring. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease and leave feeling completely recharged. "Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."

"Everything was A1. Unforgettable hotel for the price, quality and services. Hotel is very close to the beach and having access for free to parasol and chairs on the beach is a big plus. Breakfast buffet is very generous."
