"An excellent apartment (we were in Unit G with the outside balcony). While we found the inside space to be a bit “tight,” we found the two decks to be beyond spacious. The view is fantastic and the locale is ideal for the waterfront area. The apartment was absolutely immaculate upon arrival. Self check-in was clearly communicated and the hosts were very proactive in outreach. The kitchen was small but adequately provisioned — and everything works perfectly. "Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. We did not find any problem getting sun longers on the 9th. The hotel.also has a pontoon into the sea for sea swimmers and there is a small sandy beach which we did not use. The room lighting can be challenging so make sure you are fully briefed, we found it amusing but i see there are some complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
