"The stay was okay-night staff were so rude and it took me an hour and a half to get into a room for the night due to my registration “not being in their system” and I had to get ahead of Hotels.com at 11:30pm where everything was confirmed on their end but not at the hotel. The customer service for Hotels.com had to call them to even entertain us staying the night. Ridiculous!
The room once we finally got in there was okay-there were crumbs all over the couch and bench as well as hair in the bathtub, but after waiting so long, we just needed a clean bed to get a few hours of sleep.
We will NOT be staying with them again. "

"The place far exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and up to date. As good or better than many large chain hotels. It is in a mostly industrial type neighborhood but easy to access from the highway and perfect for travelers.

"The hotel is old and could use updating. The floor and shower are remodeled, but the rest is outdated and not working properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a good selection. "

"I had to wipe up a spill in the bathroom and the cloth came back dirty. There was some noise, a clicking sound in the wall or ceiling that kept waking me up. I was bit several times during the night, not bed bugs, something else that has left welts on my back and one ear lobe swollen."
