"The hotel was great. I arrived and departed by train, and did a day trip to Vernon-Giverny, so the location across from the train station was perfect. It also is well located for walking to all of the main attractions. The woman at Reception when I arrived was very friendly and gave excellent advice about things to see. My room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom, and excellent air conditioning during a heat wave! Breakfast had a good selection of fresh high quality products. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is a standard Holiday Inn, but a bit further out of town than I would have liked. Chose this hotel because it had a car park and we planned to park there overnight. When I booked I was told that I could only use the car park from 2pm. I explained that we would be arriving much earlier and asked if I could pay for extra parking time. I was told this wasn’t possible and had to find alternative parking for the day. Service really wasn’t helpful. When we did get to the car park it was empty and I really can’t understand why they wouldn’t let me pay to park for an extra few hours. For this reason I wouldn’t stay here again as the staff really were not helpful. If you are looking for a standard out of town holiday inn with unhelpful staff then this is the hotel for you!"

"A perfectly OK hotel in a lovely town. We were travelling around in a convertible car with a soft top so we were attracted by the on-site secure parking; but it was unavailable owing to a faulty door which was under repair. It didn't matter too much as public parking was available in an adjacent car park - but it might have done! The only material criticism, unrelated to the accommodation but worth a mention, is the restaurant; we ate there and it was poor. Lacking flavour, tiny portions, and pricey."
