"I enjoyed my stay overall, but the room maintenance was disappointing. It would be helpful if guests were informed at check-in that room cleaning must be requested one day in advance. Once I learned this, I emailed my request, but the room was never cleaned.
During my stay, I had to request basic items such as toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. The toilet was also clogged from the first day and was never properly addressed. Since housekeeping never came, I was instructed to leave my trash outside the room, which made the experience feel more like self-service than a stay at a four-star hotel. In addition, the pillow shams had a musty, damp smell. I requested replacements, but they were never provided.
On the positive side, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was especially appreciated during the warm summer days. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, which I truly appreciated.
One suggestion for improvement would be to install blackout curtains. During the summer, the sun rises very early and doesn't set until after 10:00 p.m., so darker curtains would make the rooms much more comfortable for sleeping."
