"Place is good but needs proper maintenance.There were no amenities in spite of have good tennis and shuttle courts it’s poorly maintained The staff can’t communicate much in English neither did they help in any bookings of house boat"

"Loved the privacy of the cottage and the hospitality of the staff. The added brownie points were the complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon! That's definitely something to look forward to. Otherwise, kitchen staff were not that great, we got some burnt rotis and found a hair in a curry. But the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful."

I'm usually critical, and don't give such ratings easily -- but I want to specifically thank TAJ KUMARAKOM's accommodation manager, the housekeeping in-charge, and the restaurant team for making our stay MEMORABLE for a family occasion. They went out of their way to make it special with cake, decorations, and EXCEPTIONAL service. We experienced the magic of the TAJ experience, and the staff members definitely lived up to this ideal. Keep it up!"
