"Very nice apartment (you get what you pay for). A dishwasher is supplied (we didn’t used it) and washers/dryer are available in common area in the garden (excellent!) We didn’t received access information however as promised, so we arrived at location with no way to enter. As good as the place is, if you cannot get in, it’s a dud! "Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."
