"The area of around hotel was ruff and a lot of writing on the wall. Almost every building had writing on it. The staff was very helpful and kind to English speaking people. This was our 4 time staying at a Melia property.

"The restaurants had excellent options.
The best member of your staff was Konstantino. He was often the person who brought our room service to us, but he was much more. He gave us great tips on where to visit, best transportation and local attractions. He was an absolute joy to speak with every night. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member. He is an exemplary team member. He deserves praise and a raise. We definitely plan to return to Greece next year and we will choose to return to this wonderful hotel. Your staff was professional and nice."

His outstanding customer service made me feel truly welcome and valued as a guest. The restaurant was equally impressive the staff provided impeccable and attentive service, making every meal a memorable experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was enhanced by the breathtaking view of the Acropolis, especially in the evening when it’s beautifully illuminated."
