"Very clean, quiet, easy parking, warm hospitality "

"En arrivant, hotel fermé, il faut aller chercher sa clef a 1 km. Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale beaucoup plus grande ... qui existe bien sur les plans dr l hotel et sur l annonce en ligne. Je ne qualilifierai...

"Hotel situado en la parroquia de Encamp, lo suficientente cerca de Andorra la Vella como para llegar en cuestión de minutos y lo suficientemente lejos para escapar de la masificación del centro. Es un hotel bastante antiguo pero al que se ha hecho una actualización muy buena. El personal nos ha atendido de diez, el desayuno variado y abundante y el único pero que lo pongo es al baño de la habitación que quizás no es todo lo cómodo que esperaba, la mámpara de la ducha es insuficiente y a la tapa...
