"The prooerty is 3.5 star so keeping that in mind, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room and surrounds were clean, tidy and spacious. Airport shuttle service available. Only negative was the pool looked a bit manky and i noticed no one used it while i was there. The room views off the balcony deck were stunning. Well done staff."

"This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again. "

This is a super Kool place and the chill staff make the experience unforgettable The pool next to the ocean and the lagoon and the food n bar service make this place one of a kind. I have never sat in a pool area and experience so much peace. I will be back. Thanks Maria for all your assistance. "

"Very friendly staff, it’s not luxury but average linen and towels were very dirty not washed properly specially when they use the White towels . Bathroom needs a good cleanup and toilet as well. Need a proper forced shower specially when Water force was very low. Needs some improvements. Overall, I will give 2 .5 star thank you"
