"Ernesto and Paula went above and beyond to help us in all the areas we needed, even outside their responsibilities. Very friendly, and sweet people, great and safe and atmosphere. They truly make you feel like family. I highly recommend them. "
"My friend and I enjoyed our stay for two nights with Cynthia's host, she is very kind and helpful. The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from subway station and Vatican city, which is a great advantage especially in hot summer!"

"We were staying in the annex which is about a block away from the main hotel. The annex is on a very busy street close to the Spanish Steps but it was great to sit on the (tiny) balcony and enjoy the lively atmosphere, noise was not a problem. The room was pretty small but looked recently renovated, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the annex. The location is fantastic with most of the popular sites very walkable."
"Staff all friendly and helpful..room clean.nice modern bathroom..room comfortable with all what isneeded without being 5 star..lift good..breakfast..lots of choice but no cooked food..not a problem to me.. ery convenient for vatican ..short walk to castell sant angelo to get hop on bus"
"All is good as I described. The only thing I have with Expedia is that when I ordered was with breakfast included on the price as I selected. For our surprise service desk said is not included and we have been charge $50 a day for 4 days. Unfortunately I can not see in the order documents that breakfast is included or not even I selected the choice with breakfast included."
