Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special, and we truly appreciated how attentive they were to every request. During our stay there was a transit strike and Beatriz again went above and beyond to assist us with rebooking trains and transportation during this difficult time. Thanks to their care, we felt completely at home and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Una Hotel to anyone visiting Rome, and we look forward to returning!"
