"Most everything was pretty good. The staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding. They spoke Italian and English well. Our room was a Jr suit. It was quit large. It was odd though, we had a sofa seating area but no TV. The TV was on the wall in the bed area. It would have been nice to have a TV in the seating area for guests or when one was sleeping in bed and the other wanted to watch TV without disturbing the bed sleeper. The room looked updated with tile floors. The bathroom was nice...

The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. It was also close to both cheaper and high-end shopping areas (shopping street at Via Del Corso). "After I booked the room the front desk attendant was quick to contact me with further booking requirements which I appreciated. The service at the Inn was next level. The front desk attendant upgraded our room so we’d have more space for dog which was so thoughtful. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of wine on top of the free bottle of wine. "We had a great experience with the stay. The room was just above a street across from shopping. The building is historical and has SO MUCH character. Or room was very cozy and the staff was amazing.
