"This place is really a good place however it is very falsely advertised. The place is not “within easy reach to the Colosseum” as stated. In order for one to get to the tourist things in Rome such as Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, etc. an Uber or Taxi is a must! "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"We absolutely LOVED this apartment! It was spacious and everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk everywhere and see many things in the city. Our only hiccup was no hot water in one bathroom. I’m sure it was an easy adjustment to fix. I let Sonder know and someone was coming out once we checked out. I would have let them know the first day, but we just thought it was many people showering. We will 1000% stay again! Thank you! "

"My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. "Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. Fortunately the owner of apartment came at check out...

"Perfect everything, clean, location, updated and would absolutely be back to stay at this property. great communication, pure delight!! maybe a little counter space in bathroom would be an upgrade, but found the window sills useful for two guys, maybe different for women. A experience overall!"

"It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!"

"We stayed here to explore Rome, as a family of four, two adults 11 year old and 6 year old, the apartment was spotless with everything we needed, beds comfortable and staff so friendly. Walking distance to so many of the top tourist sites. We couldn’t have asked for more, even the terrace was beautiful to sit and play cards in the evening. We will definately be back! "
