Não vale o valor cobrado.

No dia que cheguei mesmo com a reserva para dois dias a recepcionista cobrou só um dia, e reservou para apenas um dia, ao invés de bloquearem o quarto, poderiam ter me enviado mensagem explicando o erro e já resolveria tudo antes de eu chegar, na hora de entrar no quarto a porta não abria, após um dia exaustivo lá vai eu descer de volta e resolver tudo ,a luz do banheiro não funcionava, tinha odor forte acho que vinha do esgoto, café da manhã fraco para a diária cobrada. Um ponto positivo era a limpeza e a cara muito boa.

Atenção as obras e atendentes da madrugada

Hotel com boa qualidade, mas as obras deixam um pouco empoeirado alguns lugares e com cheiro de cimento. O atendimento na madrugada deixou a desejar, inclusive perdendo um hóspede por conta da forma que ele foi tratado, no dia a moça da recepção foi super solicita e resolveu o que o rapaz da madrugada não quis resolver.

Péssimo atendimento, não são transparentes na reserva ao não informar da cobrança de R$30,00 fo estacionamento, que não tem manobrista e também não é coberto. Cobram o mesmo valor de quem não está hospedado. Não fico mais neste hotel

Condições e experiência

Com exceção da limpeza que estava excelente e com um cheiro bem agradável, não tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel. Optamos por esse hotel para experimentarmos um hotel diferente, porém, já na recepção tivemos uma má experiência. O recepcionista estava desatento quanto a abertura do portão para o estacionamento. Aguardamos por alguns minutos, buzinamos por 2 vezes e não abriu o portão, por mim, devido ao cansaço, optamos por deixar o veículo para fora do estacionamento em frente ao hotel. Também fomos informados na recepção que teríamos que subir com toalha, pois, só colocaram 1 no quarto que foi reservado para 2 pessoas, ou seja, o hotel não preparou o ambiente para receber os hospedes, cuja reserva fora feita com bastante antecedência. Além disso, fomos informados pelo hotel que não disponibilizam shampoo e condicionador para higiene pessoal. Não há produtos no frigobar para comodidade do hóspede, o mesmo fica ligado no quarto, porém, vazio. O café da manhã é extremamente simples, só há suco de laranja e café na máquina. No segundo dia da hospedagem, a máquina de café deu problema, o suco chegou ao final e todos ficaram aguardando resolverem o problema da máquina de café, ou seja, não há um plano B para situações como essa. Como sugestão, seria importante fazer café coado, pois, nem todos gostam de café de máquina.

A estrutura é boa, apesar de ser em frente ao aeroporto é silencioso. Faltam alguns detalhes como espelho no quarto, luz com acendimento próximo da cama. As toalhas precisam de atenção, estavam encardidas. Equipe de recepção pouco cordial. O café da manhã é muito bom.
