"What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Everything about this was just lovely. Amazing location, for starters. Everything you could want is within a four or five minute walk. A very lively atmosphere. The apartment itself was just lovely. Bright, with big windows and an utterly enormous terrace where we spent a lot of time relaxing. And the apartment was QUIET. "I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status."

"Gut gelegen vis à vis vom Meeresmuseum. Sauber, guter Zustand, gut eingerichtet (inkl Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen), praktische Rauminteilung. Etwas knapp an Tüchern (zB kein Abtrockentuch) & nervig, dass man allen Müll selber entsorgen muss."

"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel. When i initially exited the train and was walking to the hotel, i wasnt sure what to expect but it was the perfect little oasis inside this metropolitan area. The staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel was charming. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable and the room smelled like there was jo malone room fragrance was pumping through the air. It was so delightful. I really enjoyed my stay here and of course would stay at this hotel again if I'm in this area. It's about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the train station so it was perfect for day trips to cinqua terre and portofino. I unfortunately didnt get the breakfast addition because I booked through expedia, but it didnt matter. There were enough little cafes around for me to grab something. The lady host at the reception area was graceful enough to give me a map wth all the important areas marked out. I enjoyed everything about my stay here and truly recommend it to everyone."
