Hotellet var underbart! Badrummet var mycket fint och rent, och utsikten fantastisk. Området var lugnt och tyst, vilket gjorde vistelsen extra avkopplande. Madrassen var mjuk och väldigt bekväm – jag sov riktigt gott. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell, 10/10!”

Boendet är mycket bra! Dock upplevde jag att frukosten hade för litet utbud och brödet var micrat alldeles för mycket och därmed riktigt torrt och knastrigt.

Standard rum, men fräscht. Inget schampo kvar så det fick vi gå ner och be om. Kroppstvål fanns ej. Toaringen lös. Okej frukost men hade önskat lite mer att välja mellan, gärna något mörkt bröd. Fin miljö.

Maten var riktigt bra , fint mysigt och rent var det . Men servisen under all kretik helt galet värdelös servis från personalen . Som vet inte hur man skulle servera i resturangen , vet inte hur man står i baren och serverar folk . 3 personal på 1 dator för att lösa nå interna problem när massa andra ville beställa båda mat och från baren

Kall frukost

Rummet var rent och fräscht. Även badrummet. Kuddarna var för platta och jag hade gärna haft fler än 1 kudde per person. Personalen var dock väldigt trevlig. När vi kom ner för att beställa middag hade köket stängt en timme tidigare än det stod oga personalbrist. Inget vi fick information om när vi checkade in. Frukosten var okej, men allt det varma (så som äggröra, bacon, korv, pannkakor) var kallt för de hade inga lock på skålarna. Dock fanns en mikro som man kunde värma på i. Sammanfattningsvis ändå helt okej med tanke på det låga priset. Och trevligt med utsikt mot vattnet.

Hotellet låg väldigt fint! Om man har mindre barn så finns en stor lekpark, fotbollsplan. För större barn och vuxna discogolf. Den tredje sängen i rummet var väldigt hård så vi fick turas om att sova i den. Bra frukost men tyvärr var den inte klar i utsatt tid vilket gjorde att vi fick slänga i oss frukosten då vi hade en tid att passa. Det var väldigt tråkigt upplevde vi. I övrigt inget att klaga på.

Helt ok....hmmm bra!

Överlag var det helt ok. Fick vänta för rummet. Brist på personal därav sent med städ. Väldigt dåligt utbud på frukost och det fanns inga rena bestick, glas, tallrikar. Bara en som jobbade med frukosten som verkade vara stressad. En var under upplärning.. Positivt med vistelsen. Vackert utsikt och trevliga personal.

Ingen stor opplevelse

Bygget er ikke herregården man kan få inntrykk av fra bildene. Det er et blokkaktig hus i et større kompleks av andre tilsvarende hus i et område utenfor byen ved elven Göta. Elven og parken utenfor er storslåtte, man kan spille frisbeegolf, jogge og se på statuer og gjess. Det er også et større antall veps og mygg utenfor og jacuzzien fra bildene var ikke tilgjengelig. Frokosten var god, servicen var vennlig, men ikke tilstrekkelig oppdatert.

Wir hatten bei Expedia ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Vor Ort gab es jedoch nur ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Da war ein Fehler im Buchungssystem. Wir haben unproblematisch ein zusätzliches Zimmer kostenfrei bekommen. Toller Service. Vielen Dank!
