"If ever in Gallup, make sure to stay here. Such a cute hotel. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Room was extremely quiet (except for a few ppl that don’t know how to close their doors and the elevator door quietly). Bathroom is very tiny but, cute. Only negative thing about the bathroom is the toilets don’t have lids which, is pretty unsanitary. "

"There are many hotels in. Gallup NM. We always chose to stay close to town and paid high dollar and not so great rooms. This one is located on the east side and a few miles out and well worth the stop!! The bed was amazing!!"

"I had a good evening while staying at here for a night. Friendly staff, quick check in and out process, quiet, and the shower had great water pressure and got hot quickly. The bed was comfortable and pillows worked well for me too. The AC got the room cooled down quickly and the sound of the AC did not bother me. There are also lights all around the building which made me feel very safe when I had to bring my dog out at night. I cannot comment on the complimentary breakfast as I am not a morning person with food and tend to eat later in day. As for the WiFi, it worked very well, I had no interruptions or weak signals like I do at some accommodations if other people are using it too. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay while on the road or just need a place to lay your head, I do recommend the Microtel in Gallup. It met all my main needs after being on the road and needing sleep. Also, was clean which is essential! I would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Overall location is great, easy access to I-40, the overall stay was great, the TV did not turn on but everything else was working and easy to use. "

"Laura was so helpful and kind as we checked in. She was eager to help us and very easy to approach for help out questions. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This was our sticking stay here. The breakfast was good also."
