"Staff were mostly super helpful and nice, the space was quite nice with many options for common hang outs, even during the holiday period it was quiet and respectful since most of us came to ski each morning, hot tub was a great extra for sore muscles but also for socializing. "
"Great customer service. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. The hotel has such a great location in the city. Easy to get around by foot, transit or car."
"Checkin was quick, room was nice size and very clean. Kristie checked in to make sure everything was going ok it’s our stay. Which was nice. See you all in March"
"We spent extra to stay at a Fairmont Gold floor. There may have been a $50/night premium, but we got a larger room, private check-in at the Fairmont Gold floor on the 9th floor, snacks during the day and evenings and a great breakfast in their private lounge. The Gold floor is worth the cost and makes this grand hotel experience all the more grand. One warning to guests: Valet parking is $85/night! Parking at the adjacent parkade on your own will save you considerably."
