The building is in Downtown Vancouver. We drove there and for extra daily parking fees were able to park our car in an attached parking garage. Honestly, we did a lot of walking because there were things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The unit was clean and quiet. We liked the security that came from having to use an access code to enter the building.

Although the hotel and room are modern, it is very impersonal, with no staff to talk to, and the security codes to enter the property and room are inconvenient. Early or late checkouts require an additional hefty fee. In addition, our room's balcony was a full-height concrete wall, with no daylight. This was not expected and was disappointing.
