"Are stay is all good … clean rooms all the time but the hotel shouldn’t be cheap in putting a Kleenex box in rooms I requested a Kleenex box cause we needed badly but my request was denied at first cause according to the front desk and she wasn’t very nice when she said that they don’t provide Kleenex boxes anymore for rooms and she has just give me a box and said here take some in here I said no thank u the next day I requested again and the front desk assign that night is good she said she will have someone to deliver in our room a box of tissue but the problem is when delivered the staff who got it in our room didn’t even knock a staff just opens up our door and place the tissue box in our closet cabinet suprise that my husband is laying in the bed …. Well I guess next time learn to knock …."

"We have stayed there before but this time wasn’t that great. I had to phone 3 times in a row ringing ringing ringing to the front desk to ask a simple question. And something was on our whole bathroom floor….. sticky. I had to soak a towel and wash it…. Don’t know what that was???"

"What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! We were only in for one night before a cruise, but could have stayed an entire week! Great staff and a fabulous restaurant. We'll be back!"
