"Good staff, check in and checkout was easy. Robes delivered to the room in a timely fashion. Grounds were clean. Room was old and outdated but we didnt care as we just slept in the room."

"The room was newly updated, modern, and very comfortable. The airport shuttle was confusing on arrival ,no signs or schedule at the airport or online. At the hotel, though, the schedule was clearly posted, the shuttle ran on time, and the driver was very friendly. I arrived at 12:30pm and asked about early check-in, but was quoted $60 even though check-in is at 3 pm. I would’ve preferred being told the room wasn’t available. Overall, an excellent stay. Great location close to the subway. I’d stay here again. "

"Rooms and entire hotel was well kept. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hotel is in the heart of the action. The fireplace was perfect for drying our coats. the jacuzzi beside the bed was a bit strange. Loved the stay."
