"Fabulous location. Lovely Grace garden area for sitting in the sun and enjoying the peace. Kitchen areas to prepare food and eat. Can get utensils and pots, pans etc from front desk.Lovely staff. No kettles in rooms but can use in kitchen areas. Comfortable room. No problem sharing bathroom with adjoining room guests. Very helpful staff at reception"

"Took about 40 min to check in as there was internet issues going on, huge lineup. Things happen and it was so nice of them to upgrade my stay as my room was not ready. Maybe I was upgraded because of being understanding with what the front staff was dealing with."

"The hotel was in pristine condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant had very good food and an excellent happy hour. The location of the hotel was excellent and nearby shuttles to different activities in Vancouver. There were many restaurants and cafés close by. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my time at the Fairmont waterfront and look forward to spending time there again."
