"Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. "Loved our stay here. Travelled with the wife on a getaway - clean, quiet, small old Italian town, good vibes, good food options walking distance from the hotel, convenient, very safe, great night life, basically fell in love with Asti. There is a grocery store right in front of the hotel. I would recommend a stay here anytime. Be sure to message the hotel and reserve your free parking if you are driving. "
