"Overall this was a good place to stay. The hotel was clean, easy to find, adequate parking, decent complimentary breakfast and fast free WiFi. Staff was friendly and always available. Quiet and kid friendly! A good place to stay if you plan on going to the city, and not spending a whole lot time in your room. My only 2 semi complaints was the mattress was a little firm to my liking and they did not have an elevator that I saw but still that was hardly an inconvenience as our room was only a few rooms down from the staircase. "

"I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in NYC. It is very close to the GW bridge and easy to get there. More importantly all the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly- from the valet parking person to the cleaning staff and front desk. The breakfast was great also. We have an EV- there were only 3 plug in areas in the garage but the hotel next door had many Tesla chargers and we were able to park there for free also. Highly recommend"

"You can tell it ised to be a very nice peoperty back in the day. However the front lobby looks dated and there is a stale smell in the front lobby. You can tell they tried to update the roooms but the carpet was very dingy and the bathrooms looked outdtaed. The water presure was terrible and our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night due to a broken water pump. The room also had a stale mess. Lastly, the pool was closed dur to maintenance whiwh was not divulged on the Hotels.com website. This was very disappointing because we were traveling with 3 children for Spring Break which the indoor pool was our main reason for choosing the hotel. Overall, the hotel isnt terrible. It is good for the price but the online pics and high reviews definetly hyped the palce more than it was. The best part of the stay were tje friendly, professional, extremely responsive hotel staff and their willingnes to make the guests happy and respond to issues. "

"As always, the room and property was clean. The staff was very pleasant and nice. I had no issues. I didn’t complain but my room had a smell like an animal was in there prior to our visit. The breakfast buffet was decent as always. I enjoyed my visit as always."
