Rezervasyon yaptırmama ve rezervasyon onayı almama rağmen otele gittiğimde rezervasyonumun olmadığını sistemde gözükmediğini söylediler sadece 1 gece yer old.için konakladım.Ertesi gün gurup gelecekmiş bir gece daha kalamadım.Bu otelden rezervasyon yaptırırken dikkat edin.Gurup gelirse açıkta kalabilirsiniz.Birde her taraf iranlı kendinizi yabancı hissediyorsunuz.

Very bad stay

I had big problem with my reservation in this hotel. Hotel manager said you had not reservation with hotel.com Van city was very noise and there is no free room in others hotel and when I chat with your agent it couldn't help me and periodic repeat something's. Overaly it was dangerous situation.

genel olarak sorunsuz

otel temiz ve lüks. dışardan apartman gibi gözükse de icerisi güzel yapılmış. iki kişilik oda ayırtmistik, musait olduğu için daha büyük bir oda ayarlamışlardi bize. guzel jest oldu. personel yeterince ilgili. kahvaltıyı disarda yaptık o yüzden yorum yapamayacağım
