They are all cheaters

All of the people working there are cheaters. Even the manager! I still can not believe that they didn't accept my booking confirmation. It was ridiculous. Imagine that I had booked 2 double rooms for EYD FETR holidays (most famous muslim's holiday) there from 3 weeks before my check in date. But, when I arrived in the hotel they told me that they are fully booked and could not accept my reservation. I now that they had sold they rooms to the others in higher price because of peak season. This caused a very big problem for me and my family because it was very hard to find another place in high demand. They even avoided to help us. So, they are all cheaters and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Otele vardığınızda sizin otelde rezervasiyonunuz yoktur dediler, otelz.com tarafından rezervasiyon yapılmamış dediler ve bizi check in yapmadılar, bizim odayı başkasına satmışlardı, bizi resmen sokağa bıraktılar, şehrin o kalabalığında başka otelde bulamadık, en son zar zor bitane dışarda kiralık suit (ev) bulduk, bizim için çok kötü bir hatıra oldu

I booked this hotel for our driver via Expedia, and the reservation was confirmed. We arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and the hotel receptionist told us we did not have a reservation. Turned out later that they gave our room to someone else at a higher price. I contacted Expedia and although they confirmed our reservation, they did nothing but a simple apology. We could not find another room in other hotels and the driver spent the night in the car.
