"Great personell, the rooms was great. Cleaning and the Golf guy was outstanding. Great
pool area and a real funny 9 hole (max 100 m) golf course. Not a lot of people. Unfortunelly the FRE restaurant was a big disappointment, food was not what you expect from a Michelin restaurant in italy and also very overpriced. Wine in this district is top notch. You should go to the village or to the nearby town of alba aswell. "

Lux Escape in the Heart of Piedmont Wine Country
"My partner and I recently stayed at Relais Sant’Uffizio in the heart of Piedmont, and it was a truly peaceful and rejuvenating escape. Set in a beautifully restored 16th-century monastery, the hotel’s charm lies in its blend of historic elegance and modern comfort.
The Aquanatura Spa was the highlight—immaculate and incredibly relaxing. The hydrotherapy pool, panoramic sauna, steam rooms, and ice cascade created a complete wellness experience. The time we spent there was restive and deeply restorative. Every detail, from the calming design to the herbal tea lounge, added to the sense of luxury.
The hotel grounds were equally impressive. Surrounded by vineyards and manicured gardens, the outdoor pool area and bar was perfect for unwinding. I especially loved walking through the quiet paths in the early evening—truly serene.
The restaurants, bars, and extensive wine list exceeded expectations and rounded out this magical visit.
If you’re looking for a romantic getaway in the heart of the rolling hills and vineyards of Piemonte, this place is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return."
