"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. Shernette, Russell and Doris over and above our expectation....

"Overall my stay with my Family at radisson was great.. the staff and customer Service was on point Great.. however there were some things that could be done to greatly improve my next visit.. 1, the pool and surrounding areas need to be power washed its not visibly attractive at all..2, A microwave needs to be added to the rooms..3, A bigger mini fridge 4, more storage space.. 5, there needs to be mats in the room and bathroom area.. Would definitely visit again the children loved the pool.. "

"The hotel is ok and the staff is nice but when I arrived to check in at 4:00 PM they couldn’t find the Expedia reservation and they didn’t have a room ready for me. Once they got a room ready their key coder was malfunctioning and they couldn’t make me a key to open the door! Also there is no way to get a taxi from there back to the main part of the island. Unless you have a LOT of patience and a rental car or a prearranged driver, I would suggest you consider a different hotel. "

"There were shops nearby but the restaurant inside the hotel was expensive.Also,you need to request for room tidying before they come.Lastly, I didn't like the smell from the towels provided.When you are on the first floor,you need to descend downstirs before you can dispose off waste.Black ants and mosquitoes were seen in my room."
