We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner were included with our stay. Convenient to main shopping and dining street and bus station. Only issue was lack of AC or even ceiling fans (they did provide a Dyson airblade which sort of helped) for climate control. The balcony slider provided some relief from the heat, but not enough for anyone sleeping in interior room of family suite."

"Wonderful last minute visit. We could have stayed a few more nights. The Wellness Spa was such a nice amenity, especially after hiking. The center of town is a nice walk away, but there is a free municipal bus. And the hotel has a free shuttle, which was great when we wanted to go to the Monte Bianco Skyway. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable. Breakfast was nice as well (would love to have orange juice as an option - just melon and pineapple). "

"The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."
