"The apartment was as pictured and described. Check-in was easy, walked us to the apt., showed us how to lock the door (not a standard US door lock), and gave recommendations for food places. There was a little confusion about us checking out. We had to take the key back to the main office because we never received the keypad code in order to leave the keys in the apt. Other than that, it was great!"
"DO NOT STAY if you are attending the opera or making a tourist visit to Verona. The website claims that the hotel is 'near' the Arena - 'near' means almost 1.5 km and 25 mins walk, crossing busy traffic roads. In the summer heat this is a challenge.
There is NO local transport, so you taxi everywhere.
This a classic big box characterless conference/group hotel - it is worthwhile to spend extra for a better location.

If you don’t want to eat Italian food anymore, try the crazy noodles Asian restaurant around the corner. Mom and daughter duo are amazing and their food is incredible!"
"Just got back from our second time here (May 2026 and May 2025).
Both times were great weeks here as a family of 4 - two adults and kids aged 12/13 and 8/9. Great location, brilliant swimming pool, relaxed atmosphere. Loved the mini club for younger kids in the morning and the mini disco in the evening.
Great little shop on site. Didn't use the cafe/ bar but lots of people did.
Only thing is that it can get a bit noisy from other guests and/ or neighbouring campsites - this affected us more in the first year and not at all this year."
