"Milano & Spa is perfectly located - right in the heart of Verona, yet still peaceful. It was spotless throughout, and the service was outstanding. Every member of staff, from reception to the terrace bar, went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful, decor that made it feel like a luxury escape. One of the standout highlights was the rooftop jacuzzi, which is free for guests to use. Sipping a drink while overlooking the Roman arena was the perfect way to unwind - absolutely breathtaking. I loved this hotel and would come back in a heartbeat. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. They even made sure we had fresh water for our onward journey "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The location is perfect and about 10 minutes by taxi from the train station. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city, about 10 minutes by foot from the main piazza. There are several small places nearby to eat sandwiches or get gelato, although there aren’t many restaurants. "

"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"A nice, welcoming and well managed hotel. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast had plenty of choice especially if you want just a continental breakfast. The swimming pool and sun lounging areas are very nice. "
