"Lies in getting you too rent with non refund. Would never stay there the had no ice in tower one had to go to other tower 2 for everything it should havd its own. It looks like they let then go away once broken and just Made people go yo next building. I have alot of what wasn't good about this place and so was everyone we meet that got tricked on this and other web sites. "

"The room was clean, the staff was great, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was just average. However, what really disappointed us was how the hotel handled a very difficult situation. We were caught in a hurricane, and due to flight cancellations, we had no choice but to stay an additional night. Despite the circumstances, the hotel wanted to charge us the full rate for an extra night, even though there was no electricity. Given the severity of the situation, we felt this was unreasonable and showed a lack of compassion for guests who were already dealing with a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. As a result, we decided to leave. It is disappointing to feel that a hotel would prioritize charging full price over showing understanding and consideration during such an extraordinary circumstance. We expected more compassion and flexibility during a natural disaster."
