The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather. - The hotel is about 15 mins away from historical center and the train station, not too bad. But when you have heavy luggage in the hot heat seems longer lol.
- FYI: To get to the historical center or train station from and to the hotel, you have to walk through these underground long tunnels to get to the other side of town. I went during the Summer Jamboree Festival, so there was a lot of activity and traffic still during midnight-AM hours. Although I felt the city to be safe, as a “solo woman” traveler walking late at night back to and from the hotel, it can be a bit creepy when there isn’t much traffic very late at night.
- There is no nearby public transportation near the hotel, which is a bummer. Closest public transportation is 15 mins away by foot.
